About the Role

We seek a Head of Delivery to lead our enterprise software project delivery teams using our low/no code innovative platform. This role is central to managing and optimizing the execution of ongoing software projects, ensuring operational excellence and aligning with strategic business goals.


You will guide a talented team, setting new performance standards and championing efficiency and innovation. Your work will not just meet but redefine industry standards in public and behavioral health, with each project reflecting our commitment to quality and transformative health impact. Your leadership will cultivate a dynamic team environment, agile and focused on our core mission. Through your vision, we'll navigate the complexities of health tech delivery, making tangible differences in community health outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute strategic plans to continuously enhance Chorus’s service offerings and contribute to the evolution of our products through experience-based feedback and recommendations
  • Lead the delivery of consulting and implementation services to our customers, overseeing resource management, project delivery, and operational success strategies to ensure high quality service delivery.
  • Direct the strategic execution of multiple software projects, focusing on high product quality, resource efficiency, and adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Create customized service offerings tailored to meet the specific needs of our enterprise customers, including defining the value proposition, scoping services, developing collateral, project planning, and pricing
  • Manage and foster seamless collaboration between Solution Architects, Platform Configurators, Quality Assurance, Program Managers, Product Managers, Designers, Technical Project Managers, and Customer Success, Support.
  • Be accountable for gross margin, resource utilization, time-to-value, quality of service, and customer satisfaction metrics through effective budgeting, forecasting and operational planning.
  • Build and scale service operations, including people, processes, systems, and tools, to deliver a world-class customer experience while developing effective and efficient delivery methodologies
  • Identify and address resource risks and skill gaps, orchestrating strategic hiring, role realignment, and team structures to ensure our team's composition meets the evolving project demands and revenue goals
  • Involve and inform research and development teams to create critical enhancements, features, templates, and accelerators needed to more profitably deliver enterprise software at scale
  • Act as a Chorus evangelist, supporting sales efforts by promoting services as an executive sponsor for for strategic customers to ensure successful outcomes



The Experience You’ll Need:

  • Demonstrated track record with a minimum experience of 15 years in project portfolio management and/or management consulting
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Proven success in building, growing, and scaling technology-based delivery businesses, including managing and leading technical, cross-functional teams (eg solutions architecture, implementation, program management, and customer success, training, and support teams)
  • Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus with executive and senior management, customers, and partners, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven background in strategic planning and resource management, with the ability to manage complex project portfolios and achieve efficient resource utilization
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate financial management within delivery operations, ensuring projects meet financial objectives and contribute to business growth
  • A passion for driving enterprise change management in software delivery, with a keen interest in public and behavioral health impact, is highly valued
  • Experience with low/no code platforms is preferred, showcasing the ability to quickly adapt to and leverage new technologies for delivery excellence

What Success Looks Like:

  • Initiatives to improve quality, reliability, efficiency, and repeatability of services should be completed on time and within budget, with clear and measurable goals established to track progress and success
  • Financial success for the Delivery organization should be achieved through strong performance on metrics such as bookings, revenue, project and gross margin, revenue per employee, and billable employee, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and demonstrating financial acumen
  • Team performance should be measured and reported regularly, with action plans developed to address any areas of weakness or opportunity for improvement
  • Effective collaboration and communication with other departments, including Sales, Research & Development, and Operations is essential

The anticipated base salary for this position is $220-$240k

The base salary offered is determined by several factors, including but not limited to the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, certifications or professional licenses, and geographic location where the job will be performed. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include any bonus, equity, or benefits.

Total compensation package also includes performance bonus and stock options. Final compensation will vary based on experience and various other factors.
