VP Sales, New Logo Midmarket – Northwest
UKG is seeking a Vice President of Sales for our New Logo Midmarket Sales organization covering the Northwest territories.
This role involves leading diverse sales teams responsible for selling UKG’s products and other related services to prospective customers of UKG. This role serves as a standard bearer and role model for UKG’s culture and values and is expected to lead through change with a future-focused enterprise mindset.
About The Team
The VP will be responsible for exceeding annual revenue goals for UKG’s Pro, UKG Dimensions and UKG Ready prospective customers up to 2,500 employees while leading their leaders to success. Additionally, the VP will work in a strong spirit of collaboration with their sales peers and senior leadership across functional roles at UKG to establish strong partnerships that deliver incredible success for our sales organization.
This position will report directly to the Group Vice President (West), New Logo Midmarket Sales.

- Create and foster a customer-first, employee-centric highly engaged culture, leading by example through UKG’s values of United, Kind, and Growing
- Meet and exceed quotas and revenue targets
- Set an aggressive sales execution strategy to generate strong, predictable annual revenue growth
- Drive long term success with a focus on building high performing teams through coaching and development to ensure revenue growth year over year
- Establish sales best practices and metrics for
- Pipeline growth
- Accurate forecasting
- Depth of product and industry knowledge
- Standardized sales strategies and account reviews
About You:
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years with proven experience selling SaaS solutions
- Proven success working within a highly matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions
- 4+ years as a leader including managing multiple layers of people leaders
- Strong executive presence, able to build immediate credibility with both internal and external stakeholders
- Effectively and strategically roll out go to market changes across sales’ teams
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead a team through change by leveraging effective coaching skills in a high-paced, evolving environment
- 50-75% national travel
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Strong operational and analytical abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
- Experience selling or leading a team selling HCM/WFM software
- Consistently exceeding quota and team goals
