15-20+ years sales leadership background in the Automotive Aftermarket vertical in key leadership business development and sales functions.
Prefer previous background in leading sales leaders and sales staff (25-100+), both in office and remote across the Americas. Prefer revenue responsibility of 400M + or more.
Background in uplifting and modernizing a large sales team into best practice along with Sales Force implementation and roll out.
Strategic leader as well with marketing background, distribution and pricing acumen and working effectively across multiple channels and customers. Ideal candidate will also be proficient in Aftermarket retail and E-Commerce channels.
Understanding of overall sales strategy, EBITA performance-improvement and presentation to President and board of directors on a regular basis.
