Key Responsibilities:

Candidates should feel comfortable and be able to demonstrate a proven track record with the

following responsibilities:

• National key account management dealing with both Advertising Agencies and Advertisers

• Help create a national online strategy to drive revenues in this expanding part of the market and capitalize on the growth

• Manage, an online national sales team to motivate, inspire and lead by example

• Prepare agency sales presentations, positioning and strategy and the ability to present to

a very high standard

• Demonstrate high level of negotiation experience for annual advertising agency sales

share deals

• Bottom up and top-down sales targets, budgeting, forecasting and demonstrate a proven

history of result driven performance

• The Preparation of online media plans and an in depth understanding of media planning

• Understanding of traffic, operations and yield management


Qualifications & Personal Attributes:

  • Minimum 10 years progressive sales management experience, with a minimum of 6 years in the programmatic industry
  • A well-known and respected personality within the online advertising industry
  • Someone who has built up a team
  • Experience selling into tier1/2/3 agencies
  • Someone who sees this as a big equity opportunity
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma from a recognized institution in a related field
  • Exceptional and established natural leadership skills including strong written and verbal communication ability, demonstrated strategic skills without sacrificing an attention to detail, ability to set priorities and maintain team focus especially in times of crisis, ability to accurately judge the skills and motivations of team members, able to make coaching choices based on "situational appropriateness";
  • Outgoing, high impact presence balanced by being mature, secure and self-confident.
  • Must demonstrate excellent business judgment/instincts balanced by an understanding of the role and importance of sales measurement
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
  • An outward personality who can think creatively to problem solve and negotiate
  • A team player who builds relationships quickly and efficiently
