The Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Premium & Hospitality Sales to join our team. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of our Premium & Hospitality strategy, leadership, and results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success leading a Premium & Hospitality team for a major college or professional sports franchise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Premium & Hospitality strategies for professional, college, and special event sports partners
  • Lead and mentor sales and service teams to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Foster strong relationships with partner organizations and key stakeholders
  • Create and manage departmental business plans, training manuals, and policies
  • Oversee high-end contracted premium partnerships with sports franchises and athletic departments
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on revenue forecasting and budgeting
  • Innovate business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue across all properties
  • Ensure high-quality service in Premium & Hospitality food service programs
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients and market trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8+ years of sports sales experience
  • 4+ years in Premium & Hospitality Sales
  • 2+ years as a department leader
  • Strong background in budgeting and financial forecasting
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
