Position Overview: Vice President, Portfolio Management
As a Vice President of Portfolio Management on our Chief Operating Officer team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Treasury Services business's Business Performance agenda. Reporting directly to the Head of Portfolio Management in our hybrid office setting in New York, NY, you'll collaborate closely with product teams and utilize your expertise in agile methodology to drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement OKRs, metrics, and KPIs to drive ROI in collaboration with product teams.
Utilize expertise in agile methodology, process improvement, cash management, and governance to support strategic initiatives.
Analyze strategies to optimize profitability, resource allocation, and value creation.
Provide market intelligence, agile assessments, and reporting for product prioritization and identifying new business opportunities.
Generate agile metrics/KPIs and develop transformative reporting and portfolio scorecards.
Support revenue economics, ROI policy development, and monitoring frameworks.
Ensure program delivery adheres to agile methodologies and aligns with business outcomes.
Collaborate effectively within fast-paced PODS and product teams.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, JIRA, Power BI, and investment reporting systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic delivery skills.
Experience in capital planning, investment strategies, and technology roadmap development.
Positive attitude, high energy level, and commitment to excellence.
