Vice President, Operations, Clinical Research Delivery The VP, Operations, Clinical Research Delivery will play a pivotal role in optimizing clinical trial performance and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve our corporate growth objectives. Essential Functions Develop and implement operational strategies in collaboration with the COO and executive team to optimize clinical trial performance and efficiency. Shape, execute, and support the strategic business plan and corporate growth initiatives specific to multispecialty operations. Oversee the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials, ensuring high-quality data collection, patient retention, and superior trial performance. Monitor and communicate the operational and financial progress of clinical trials, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Oversee the selection, training, and performance of clinical operations staff, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Accounts, Finance, Centralized Shared Services, and Technology for seamless trial execution. Manage relationships with external partners, such as CROs, Medical Directors, and Investigators to ensure successful delivery of contracted clinical services. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance clinical operations processes and reduce study implementation timelines. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including FDA, ICH-GCP, and other relevant international standards. Design and implement detailed operational metrics and KPIs to align research site and company performance with study goals and client expectations. Develop leaders and managers committed to fostering talent and driving commercial outcomes within the organization. Establish a positive work culture with clear roles and responsibilities, incorporating Objective Health's core values into team performance management and professional development. Assess learning and development needs and implement effective programs ensuring compliance with GCP/HIPAA regulations. Required Experience 8+ years of progressive experience in clinical research, with a significant portion in leadership roles overseeing clinical operations Minimum requirement of a BS Degree. An MBA or equivalent business management qualification is a plus. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.. Proven track record of successful leadership in clinical research delivery, including managing large teams, strategic planning, and executing clinical trials across multiple phases Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives, drive growth, and enhance operational efficiency Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, investigators, and external partners such as CROs and vendors. Experience in hiring, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
