We are currently partnered with an innovative A&E firm specializing in the design of new buildings, renovations, and restoration projects. They are seeking to hire a VP of Operations.

As the VP of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing operational strategies. Working closely with the Principals, you will oversee the implementation of initiatives to enhance efficiencies and streamline the project delivery team's performance in alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:

• Operational Expertise: Proven track record in running operations for businesses with 50-200 employees.
• Workload Optimization: Skilled in streamlining workloads and enhancing operational systems for efficiency.
• Industry Background: Preferably from architecture or engineering sectors, bringing relevant industry knowledge.
• Time Billing Proficiency: Experience with time billing systems is highly beneficial, though not obligatory.
• Tech-Savvy: Ability to navigate and leverage resource management and billing platforms effectively
