The Vice President will oversee strategic improvement initiatives and empower their management team to meet organizational goals and objectives to drive profit improvements. The Vice President will perform business development functions, foster beneficial relationships, and responsibly apply resources to attain the Company’s vision.

Vice President of Operations Responsibilities:

·        Oversee daily operations with a performance driven team to achieve peak efficiency

·        Collaborate with other executive team members to develop cohesive strategic initiatives for increasing profitability and sustainability

·        Explore and execute opportunities for partnerships to drive business growth in alignment with organizational goals

·        Facilitate and encourage open communication with all team members to support a favorable culture and consistent accountability

·        Increase revenue and profitability by implementing and managing performance, responsible resource allocation, business development initiatives, supplier negotiation and employee retention programs

·        Collaborate with Human Resources to support employee development, retention, morale and review processes

·        Provide leadership to the continuous improvement program to increase efficiency and sustainability

·        Define and track key productivity metrics to increase output while decreasing operational costs

·        Collaborate with the executive team to monitor and manage company spending and purchasing, exercising good judgment, and adhering to Company policy

·        Examine operations to identify automation opportunities

·        Oversee operations policy creation and adjustments

·        Cultivate current and new business relationships to increase profitability and market share

·        Analyze market data to mitigate risk and identify opportunities

·        Compile necessary reports for the President

·        Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and guidelines

·        Other relevant duties, as needed

Vice President of Operations Qualifications:

·        Strong financial acumen

·        Excellent communication skills; written and verbal

·        Superb problem solving and critical thinking capabilities

·        Technological aptitude

·        10+ years of demonstrated success in effective leadership with proven results

·        Demonstrated ability to scale an operation

·        Professionalism and diplomacy

·        Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
