Vice President Operations

As a VP of Operations you can have a direct impact on the success of this VC-backed company who have raised over $200M in funding so far.

This role involves overseeing the company's operating system and driving cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing tech and SaaS operating models.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO to optimize operations and meet strategic goals.
• Manage strategic objectives and KPIs across the company.
• Ensure cohesive cross-departmental processes.
• Communicate strategic perspectives to company leaders.
• Undertake special projects and initiatives.
• Attending the New York Office at least once a week

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in operations strategy, P&L management, or continuous improvement, must be in B2B SaaS and marketing tech.
• Proven ability to build and scale teams in dynamic environments.
• Expertise in operational strategy and business scaling.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial alignment.
• Proficient in OKR/V2MOM planning and governance.
• Preferably experienced in enterprise-sales and marketing tech.
