VP of Operations – REAL ESTATE – Hybrid - $120-140k

You MUST hold a current Real Estate license and be willing to get Florida license. Prior experience with short term rental property is ideal.

Full responsibility will include the oversight of revenue management, guest services, vendor management, hiring and property maintenance.

This is a direct hire role that will require 25% travel to Florida.
