About the role:

As the Vice President of Technical Product Management for Pacvue Enterprise, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the product strategy for our core product to develop and deliver solutions that cater specifically to the needs of Enterprise Commerce sellers. Your strategic vision, technical and product expertise, and leadership will be instrumental in driving Pacvue’s continued growth in this market. The ideal candidate will also have strong focus on execution of Pacvue’s product suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and direction to Group Product Managers on the creation of processes, procedures, and tactics to achieve objectives.
  • Define the vision and be accountable for the product strategy, rapid innovation and delivery, roadmap and commercialization for the enterprise commerce product suite.
  • Establish shared vision across the organization by building consensus on priorities that lead to product execution.
  • Partner with cross functional leaders (Sales, Support, Success, Marketing and Development) to drive KPIs and targets.
  • Drive a culture of innovation and hypothesis driven development across teams.
  • Actively analyze products’ business impact and funnel performance.
  • Ensure clear and transparent communication of project scopes, timing and progress on an ongoing basis.
  • Identify and initiate opportunities for new initiatives and build teams necessary to execute.
  • This is a global role that will work with teams in both the US and China and will require some schedule flexibility between time zones in the US and China.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of Product management experience with a minimum of 5 years in Commerce (eCommerce or Omnichannel), demonstrating a successful track record in B2B SaaS product development and leadership
  • Proficiency in eCommerce platforms is essential, along with an understanding of industry dynamics and trends. Experience with large eCommerce retailers or brands preferred.
  • Background in engineering or data science.
  • Recent role in senior management (Senior Director or VP), building high growth, products and services in the AdTech and E-Commerce space.
  • Proven track record of people leadership including recruiting, training and retaining top talent, with experience leading offshore or global teams (Experience with teams based in China preferred).
  • Mandarin language skills a plus.
  • Ability to drive technical product management, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas based on customer insights.
  • Comfort with Agile suite of Product Management tools (JIRA, ProductBoard, Aha, etc)
