As the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our global strategy. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you'll oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination from procurement to distribution. This role offers the chance to work in a hybrid or fully remote setup, providing flexibility and autonomy in your work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute short, mid, and long-term strategic goals and objectives.
Foster strategic partnerships with suppliers and oversee procurement processes.
Implement best practices in inventory management, logistics, and third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
Lead cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and customer needs.
Champion the integration of innovative procurement tools and technologies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within consumer products or a similar industry.
Proven track record in strategic procurement, supplier relationship management, and logistics optimization.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and collaborate across teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
