Vice President of Supply Chain

POSITION SUMMARY: As the Vice President of Supply Chain, you will lead our supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, transportation, and warehouse management. You will be responsible for optimizing our end-to-end supply chain processes to enhance customer relationships, value provided to our customers, efficiency, reduction of costs, and improve service levels.




ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain management plans to support corporate goals and initiatives.
  • Oversee the management of supply chain operations, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors and partners, negotiating contracts that benefit the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align supply chain strategies with overall business plans.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the supply chain team, encouraging new ideas and technologies that can drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and legal requirements.




REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex supply chains and delivering measurable improvements.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
