Salary Range: $200,000- $215,000 + Equity + Generous PTO and Benefits

Our growing and data centric client is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead their rapidly expanding and dynamic software engineering team. This team is gearing up to take their flagship data focused product to the next level and searching for a passionate leader for their software engineering team to help them build the product in an exceptional & scalable way. This is a Hybrid position operating out of a brand new and modern development environment in the Mason, OH area.

The VP of Software Engineering will be a strategic leader to ensure the team is following best practices across the engineering org., putting systems in place to efficiently manage engineering processes and resources. You will work closely with the CTO and Product Leadership to determine the best engineering roadmap, so passion for emerging technologies is critical. The VP of Engineering is also responsible for supporting the expansion of the engineering team and will help hire outstanding engineers to join a world class engineering team of 20+ Fullstack polyglots in the Cincinnati area.

Requirements for the VP of Software Engineering:

• A proven track record in engineering leadership is needed
• Strong people leadership experience is needed, past background leading Software Engineering teams consisting of 20+ polyglots
• Previous experience with SaaS companies and start ups
• Strategic leadership for engineering in CICD Pipelines, Python, Javascript, Docker, Spring Boot, Java and NoSQL
• Passion for emerging technologies and leadership
