Job Description:

A fast-paced company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Google Strategy to oversee all aspects of SEO and Google advertising spend. The ideal candidate will be someone at the VP level who has a proven track record of ownership in the SEO domain, for an ecommerce retailer. Should not be from the agency background.

Job Qualifications/ Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing, with a significant portion in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Proven success in managing large-scale SEO and Google advertising campaigns with a substantial budget.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of retail and e-commerce industry trends and best practices is a must.
