As Vice President of Sales, you'll be the architect and champion of our sales strategy, leading our client's team to achieve market dominance and financial success.
What You'll Do:
Lead by Example: Motivate, mentor, and equip Client Executives to consistently surpass sales targets.
Strategic Visionary: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans that maximize profitability, penetration, and market share within our target audience.
Market Mastermind: Monitor trends, identify opportunities, and proactively adjust strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Process Pro: Champion and refine our client's Sales Process to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment with our sales vision.
Forecasting Finesse: Lead accurate sales forecasting, manage the sales budget, and translate data into actionable insights for resource allocation and initiative development.
Coaching Catalyst: Continuously coach and develop Client Executives, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence within the sales team.
What You Bring:
Proven track record as a VP of Sales or similar executive, with a demonstrable history of success in sales strategy and team management.
Extensive experience within the IT Services Industry.
Strong leadership presence that inspires and motivates high performance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
A keen analytical mind and a talent for organization.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
