Job Title: Vice President of Sales

Location: Southern Atlanta Area


Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our North American after-market sales division.


In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives. Your primary focus will be expanding our after-market sales channels, cultivating key client relationships, and overseeing the sales team to ensure exceptional performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential customers while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales management team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and operations to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations while fostering a culture of ethical sales practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in an industrial industry with after-market sales.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a strategic mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed and work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
