VP/General Manager for US & Canada

Location: Remote


The General Manager for North America reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and profitability of our client in the North American and Canadian markets. This role will lead all aspects of the companies brand in these regions, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and the achievement of the companies business objectives.


As the new General Manager you will focus heavily on strengthening the Dealer Relations and focus on commercial results by increasing market share and brand awareness.


Responsibilities & Duties:


· Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to expand companies footprint in North America & Canada.

· Supervise all aspects of sales, marketing, and operations within the designated region.

· Establish and nurture relationships with key industry players, including dealerships, customers, and partners.

· Guarantee the provision of superior customer service and high customer satisfaction levels.

· Stay abreast of market trends and competitor strategies, making necessary adjustments to our strategies.

· Work in tandem with global teams to ensure regional strategies are in line with companies global brand vision.

Lead and inspire a high-performing team, promoting a culture of excellence and ongoing improvement.


Technical Requirements:


· Proven expertise in the automotive industry, preferably in the luxury segment.

· Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

· Strong knowledge of the USA and Canadian Automotive Markets.

· Proficiency in business and sales analytics tools.

· Excellent understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Familiarity with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.


Education Requirements:


· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.

An MBA or related advanced degree is highly preferred


Must Have Experience:


· A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the Automotive Industry.

· Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in a Luxury Automotive Brand.

Experience in managing a diverse team and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.


· Experience in the Luxury Automotive sector is Highly Preferred.

Prior experience in a Global Luxury Automotive Brand would be advantageous.
