Title: Vice President of Sales
I am currently seeking a Vice President of Sales for a Personal Care Contract Manufacturer, USA.
A successful candidate will be responsible for fostering existing relationships and closing deals. This candidate must have experience managing a sales team, within the Personal Care Contract Manufacturing industry.
Skincare/pharmaceutical experience admirable, as well as other Personal Care verticals.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the sales function of the company, pivotal member of leadership team.
Manage team of high performing sales individuals
Identify, develop, and capitalize on new, expansion, and renewal business opportunities.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Track emerging markets and trends to inform business decisions and identify new markets for potential expansion.
Propose and develop strategic partnerships to enhance company’s position.
Contribute to shaping the company’s long-term Strategic objectives and plans.
Aggressively pursue new business opportunities for the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred with 4-10 years of experience in sales within Personal Care Contract Manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of success in exceeding sales goals.
Extensive knowledge of the personal care contract manufacturing industry.
Proficient in presentation software, communication tools, and collaboration platforms
