Title: Vice President of Sales

I am currently seeking a Vice President of Sales for a Personal Care Contract Manufacturer, USA.

A successful candidate will be responsible for fostering existing relationships and closing deals. This candidate must have experience managing a sales team, within the Personal Care Contract Manufacturing industry.

Skincare/pharmaceutical experience admirable, as well as other Personal Care verticals.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the sales function of the company, pivotal member of leadership team.
• Manage team of high performing sales individuals
• Identify, develop, and capitalize on new, expansion, and renewal business opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track emerging markets and trends to inform business decisions and identify new markets for potential expansion.
• Propose and develop strategic partnerships to enhance company’s position.
• Contribute to shaping the company’s long-term Strategic objectives and plans.
• Aggressively pursue new business opportunities for the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 4-10 years of experience in sales within Personal Care Contract Manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of success in exceeding sales goals.
• Extensive knowledge of the personal care contract manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in presentation software, communication tools, and collaboration platforms
