Extreme Safety Inc is looking for an experienced and high-energy Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales.

The successful candidate will be energetic, well organized with proven ability to sell and lead a high-transactional sales team. The primary duties for this role are to define and execute appropriate sales strategies and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.

Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, and competitors.
  • Completes sales operational requirements by sales accountability and following up on work results.
  • Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees; and monitoring and appraising job results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Travel Required

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Associate's/Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
  • MBA preferred
  • Two to three years of experience as sales manager
  • Three to five years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of positive sales performance

This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed.

Extreme Safety Inc. is located in Carson, CA, Las Vegas, NV and is currently an e-commerce business with clients all over the United States. This is a permanent on-site position.
