Collaborate closely with our President and CEO to devise and execute innovative sales strategies and consultative operations.

Direct and develop the department into a powerhouse of efficiency, ensuring we surpass our ambitious revenue targets.

Mentor, direct, and magnify the talents of our sales team across the nation.

Be the cornerstone for implementing cutting-edge policies, ensuring the highest standards of patient interaction and satisfaction.

Navigate the competitive landscape with strategic finesse, complimenting us as the undisputed leader in the aesthetics space.

Champion a culture of continuous improvement, coaching your team to exceed their personal and our organizational goals.

Ensure the integrity and compliance of all consultation and administrative protocols, embodying our values and legal standards.

Act as a key figure in communication and strategy between our team and our prestigious parent company.


Who Are You?

A visionary leader with a BA or equivalent, bolstered by 4-10 years of experience in leadership roles, ideally within the aesthetics or related healthcare sectors.

A strategic thinker who's comfortable in high-stakes negotiation environments, with a proven track record of driving growth.

Highly skilled in interpersonal communication, able to inspire and lead teams across various locations.

Proficient in modern tech tools, with an analytical mind capable of interpreting data to drive decision-making.

A travel enthusiast, ready to engage with teams nationwide, ensuring the highest standards are met and exceeded.

Fully remote position

Total compensation range: We offer a highly competitive base salary $160k-$200k with generous bonuses based on performance.
