Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify new market opportunities and lead efforts to penetrate emerging markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and other key stakeholders in the automotive industry.
Utilize your knowledge of OSAT processes to enhance their product offerings and meet industry demands.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve excellence.
Collaborate with the executive team to develop long-term growth strategies.
Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years in sales leadership roles within the automotive industry, with at least 5 years of experience in OSAT.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth. Strong understanding of OSAT processes and automotive supply chain dynamics.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a collaborative approach.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about driving sales and innovation.
