AssureCare is seeking a proven sales and client relations leader to grow its product divisions. The Vice President will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets, meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and expand market share. He/she will grow our client base through prospecting, referrals, responding to RFP, attending trade shows and/or organizing road shows.
Primary Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and development utilizing targeted sales strategies.
Selling to government and commercial payers, physician’s offices, hospitals or health care systems, rural health clinics, community health centers or federally qualified health centers.
Proactively monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to influence sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
Create a sales funnel for new sales and upselling of existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams including but limited to marketing, product development, service and sales operations as needed to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Drive sales process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organization.
Develops the goals, measurements and expectations for the sales team in conjunction with the Sales EVP.
Willing to travel up to 50% for client meetings, presentations and conferences.
Skills / Qualifications:
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
Autonomous, extrovert with high-energy and the drive to win.
10+ years in healthcare or technology sales and/or marketing.
A degree in business, technology, marketing or related field.
Experienced in developing and maintaining an accurate sales funnel/pipeline and forecast.
Adequate, relevant exposure to US healthcare, healthcare technology solutions, and recent healthcare reforms.
Exhibit excellent oral and written skills. Can effectively communicate and present information to top management.
Extensive and proven understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies, with documented success in consultative selling and complex sales cycles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Excel PowerPoint, Word and Outlook).
