Vice President of Retail - Menswear - Texas

As the Vice President of Retail, you will play a pivotal role in our client's retail store growth and profitability, elevating brand visibility, and creating exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the retail channel, including P&L management, team development, and strategic planning of retail expansion.
• Identifying high-potential markets and overseeing new store openings.
• Manage all aspects of retail operations, including sales performance, inventory, staffing, and customer service.
• Establish and maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures for consistency and efficiency.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to empower teams to achieve goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for the retail channel. Monitoring financial performance and KPIs, developing action plans to capture opportunities or mitigate risks.
• Champion a customer-centric culture focused on personalized experiences and lasting relationships.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years in retail leadership roles, managing multiple stores.
• Proven success with an apparel brand; experience with premium menswear preferred.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans driving sales growth and operational efficiency.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders, partners, and customers.
