The VP of FSQA is responsible for all Food Safety & Quality strategy and execution for a food manufacturing company with 9 manufacturing plants in North America.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
Minimum of 10 years of experience leading Food Safety and Quality programs in a food or beverage manufacturing company
Must have experience leading food safety and quality over multiple plants
Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems
Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems within a co-manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
BS degree is required
