Vice President of Professional Services

The Opportunity


Premier Group is currently recruiting an accomplished and ambitious Professional Services Leader on behalf of our client a leading provider of leading provider of software and solutions to the revenue cycle management (RCM) market.


Our client's innovative platform empowers a significant portion of the largest hospital networks in the US, managing c$50 billion in receivable revenue.


This position is fully remote, and suitable candidates based within the continental US are invited to apply.


About the Role:


The successful candidate will develop strategic plans to build and evolve product and transformational service offerings.


You will collaborate with peer leaders to develop service offerings aligned to the RCM market , including value positioning, scope of services, collateral, and pricing.


Lead delivery of consulting, education, and implementation services to our customers, overseeing resource management, project delivery and operational success metrics.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Leading a technology healthcare payments and revenue cycle management consulting practice of $5M-$10M revenue for a complex product mix.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management, forming trusted advisor relationships and driving successful outcomes.
  • Providing leadership and guidance for a team of 20 consultants; fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Providing training and mentorship to team members supporting their professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with product/sales/support teams effectively, in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to prevent negative impacts on project outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency measures to maximize margins.


About You:


  • Significant relevant experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, margin and utilization goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare payments and revenue cycle management products including industry needs and best practices.
  • Experience managing, leading and delivering complex professional services
  • Track record with a subscription-based business model, delivering on-premises and SaaS solutions.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience engaging with end-client’s executive team.
  • Proven ability to mentor, grow, and motivate talent.
  • Demonstrated solution-oriented mindset, organizational skills, attention to detail, and disciplined execution.
  • Exceptional people skills and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
