Clutch is looking for a VP of Production with agency experience for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:
Steer all aspects of production, from initial project planning and budgeting to final execution and delivery.
Foster a collaborative and dynamic production environment, nurturing top talent and maximizing team efficiency.
Oversee the production process for various marketing materials, including videos, social media content, influencer activations, experiential, events, and print materials.
Meticulously manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, freelancers, and production partners to secure the best resources and negotiate favorable terms.
Stay abreast of the latest marketing technologies and production trends, implementing innovative solutions to elevate campaign execution.
Work closely with the Creative, Account Management, and Strategy teams to translate ideas into tangible realities.
Provide insightful feedback during the creative development process, ensuring project feasibility and adherence to brand guidelines.
Uphold the highest quality standards across all deliverables.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience in a leadership role within a marketing or advertising agency production department.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex, multi-faceted marketing campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of various production disciplines, including video production, photography, social media content creation, event production, and print production.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets and resources.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
