We're working with a scaling SaaS platform in the Video Surveillance space, looking to onboard a VP of Product.
Owned by a world famous leading brand, this start-up are very stable financially, and looking to expand the leadership team with a leader who lives and breathes AI and will be a true visionary.
This role reports to the CTO and will inherit a team.
This company is fully remote.
Responsibilities:
Establish the product vision and collaborate with the Product team, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to implement it through gradual improvements, ensuring ongoing value delivery.
Foster alignment between the company’s business strategy and the product vision.
Perform comprehensive market competition analysis to identify and capitalize on the company's distinctive competitive strengths.
Oversee product execution, adeptly handling complex market and engineering challenges with a well-rounded grasp of technology requirements, market demands, and channel intricacies.
Work cross functionally as a leader, from vision to implementation.
Be someone who lives and breathes AI- be obsessed with how it can take the company forward.
Requirements:
15+ YOE in product management.
Proven experience in a fast-paced start-up.
Experience with both hardware AND software.
Demonstrated experience working with channel parters for market reach.
Demonstrated experience in transforming a feature-focussed product team.
Demonstrated experience in an Artifical Intelligence focussed product.
