Our 130-bed community hospital in Los Angeles is looking for an Associate Chief Nursing Officer/Vice President of Patient Care Services to join our executive team. Responsibilities
In this position, you will:
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for nursing and patient care services to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care models and evidence-based practices.
Manage nursing operations, optimize staffing levels, and oversee budgets to ensure efficient care delivery.

Qualifications
