The Director, Organizational Effectiveness (OE) and Organizational Change Management (OCM) leads Bridgewater Consulting Group’s OE practice while developing OE solutions/opportunities for BCG's utilities customers. This role leads a team that provides organization effectiveness and leadership development and works hand-in-hand as a partner with the BCG Delivery team to ensure the delivery of consistent processes, programs and frameworks in interventions, initiatives and programs wherever possible to help shape the enterprise–wide culture.

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented, self-starter that understands utility challenges and funding opportunities; at the tactical and strategic level They must develop a book of business that aligns with Bridgewater Consulting Group’s short- and long-term needs. The successful candidate must be able to translate complex concepts into strategic requirements enabling the creation of a multi-year roadmap delivering value along the key milestones. The successful candidate must be able to convey the strategic value of partnering with BCG in deploying client partnership solutions.

The following are requirements for this job.

  • 10+ years experience leading an Organizational Excellence and/or Organizational Change Management Consulting Practice, including designing and delivering on enterprise business solutions.
  • 10+ experience delivering enterprise projects in the Utilities industry (Electric, Gas, Water, et al).
  • Years of experience in Project Management with PMP certifications preferred.
  • Organization performance diagnosis, systems thinking, and organizational change management
  • PROSCI/ADKAR experience and certifications
  • Functional capability building
  • Consulting on organization design, culture change, executive coaching
  • External research and benchmarking
  • Consulting on group dynamics, group process facilitation, communication planning, and survey/assessment design
  • A strong proficiency analyzing data to gain insight into business performance.
