Introduction: As the Vice President (VP) of Operations at Everest, you will play a crucial role in steering the operational helm of our company. You will ensure that our core operations run at the highest levels of excellence. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that the teams under your leadership are highly performing, driven, and continually up-skilled to tackle the ever-evolving challenges presented by our clients. This position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000+.


Responsibilities:


Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a diverse team of Squad Leads, Senior Operators, and Operators.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and personal development.
  • Ensure regular training and upskilling of team members to meet evolving client needs.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Oversee operational delivery to a portfolio of clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met.
  • Maintain strong communication, clear expectations management, and timely resolution of service-level issues.
  • Address client concerns promptly through your team and work proactively to exceed client expectations.
  • Ensure accurate time tracking and billing.


Operational Excellence:

  • Dive deep into metrics and data, supported by the Data & Analytics team, to foresee trends and mitigate risks.
  • Oversee the successful on-boarding of new clients, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team for hands-on support during on-boarding.


Process Improvement and Innovation:

  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Be relentlessly curious, creative, and proactive in implementing solutions to critical issues.
  • Seek cross-cutting improvements to systems to enhance team performance and streamline operations.


Resource Management:

  • Optimize resource allocation, including staff scheduling, to meet client demands and maintain service levels and profitability.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery.


Performance Management:

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Shadow and analyze tasks delivered by the team to ensure account health.
