CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this full-time senior-level management position is responsible for leading multiple departments including clinical operations, clinical training, claims and network services. The Vice President of Operations will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to help infuse the organization's values and goals throughout the organization, while ensuring the highest level of service quality, departmental efficiency and continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Leads Multiple Departments Including Clinical Operations, Network Services, Claims, Organizational Services and Clinical Training
  • Guides, Directs and Evaluates the Work of a Team of Seasoned, High-Performing Operations Managers and Directors
  • Works Collaboratively with the Clinical Leadership Team to Continuously Optimize the User Experience
  • Monitors Key Performance Metrics to Ensure Adherence to QA Standards and Performance Guarantees
  • Represents the Company as a Subject-Matter Expert on Sales and Service Presentations, as Well as Internal and External Events
  • Monitors the Competitive Landscape to Stay Abreast of New Initiatives and Recommend Ways to Stay Ahead
  • Identifies, Trains and Develops New Leaders Within the Organization
  • Works Closely with Human Resources to Implement and Refine Policies that Attract and Retain High-Performing Staff and Strengthen Culture
  • Creates/Runs Weekly and Monthly Reports, Analyzes Data/Trends and Makes Strategic Recommendations
  • Provides On-Call/After-Hours Support, When Needed


Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (E.G., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology)
  • 10 Years of Management Experience in EAP, Healthcare, or a Related Field
  • Experience Building and Scaling Teams, Systems and Processes
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Public Speaking Skills
  • Extensive Knowledge of EAP/Workforce Mental Health Industry, Including the Competitive Landscape
  • Strong Reasoning Ability and Problem-Solving Skills
  • An Entrepreneurial Spirit
  • Certified Employee Assistance Professional (or CEAP Eligible) a Plus



This is a full-time, salaried role, located in the continental United States and Hawaii, and includes a robust benefits package, with 100% company-paid single tier medical insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.
