Northeast Family Services is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join us as the Vice President (VP) of New York Operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional behavioral health services across the state of New York.
Responsibilities
Oversee a comprehensive range of programs, including Outpatient, In-Home Therapy, and Building Bridges.
Ensure quality, compliance, outcomes, and financial performance of assigned programs.
Develop and implement a cohesive behavioral health system statewide.
Act as the main liaison between executive leadership and state-level Assistant Vice Presidents and Program Directors.
Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
Must hold independent clinical licensure: LCSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in New York.
Minimum of seven years of management experience in behavioral health operations.
Strong understanding of financial management, strategic planning, client care, and quality improvement.
Experience with OMH regulations (Article 31 and CFTSS) preferred.
Familiarity with child welfare services and program development highly desirable.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred.
Ability to travel within New York state; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Compensation
Full Time, Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year
