This position will be responsible for the development and execution of an integrated marketing and communications strategy as well as advertising and brand awareness campaigns across all product segments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage brand strategies to build the position of the health clubs in the marketplace.
  • Develop and manage all aspects of the creative and content needed to fuel the clubs’ marketing efforts, including but not limited to: online marketing and social media marketing, advertising, direct and e-mail marketing, website content, video elements, event marketing, collateral materials, and promotions.
  • Drive revenue for all club businesses, including personal training, corporate memberships, kids programming, and special event programming
  • Develop relationships with important community organizations and constituencies relative to marketing initiatives, brand strategy/standards, community-wide initiatives.
  • Work Closely with the internal marketing department to identity and maximize their skills and establish strategies to drive growth.
  • Develop and work within budgets with discipline related to achieving strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a member of the clubs’ Executive Team and share ownership in driving overall performance of the clubs and development of the long-term vision for success.
  • Work with Club Management teams to schedule and implement successful social events in each market, and brainstorm new creative ideas for social engagement
  • Manage and oversee marketing staff.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of marketing experience
  • Previous Ad buying
  • Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • 5+ years leading and managing high-performing teams
  • Experience in social media management
