Join CuraLinc's dynamic team as the Vice President of Marketing. You will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our marketing efforts. In this role, you will develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing plans that align with our company's vision for growth and expansion. Your responsibilities will include crafting targeted marketing initiatives to promote brand awareness, drive revenue growth, and solidify our market position. You will have a hand in every aspect of marketing from focused, validated market messaging, digital campaigns and social media strategies to public relations and event management.



Collaboration is key; you will work closely with sales, client success, product development, and other departments to ensure a seamless integration of marketing strategies across the company. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams will help us achieve cohesive and impactful marketing outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Comprehensive Marketing Strategies to Enhance Brand Awareness, Drive Revenue Growth, and Support Overall Business Goals
  • Lead and Mentor a High-Performing Marketing Team, Fostering a Culture of Creativity, Collaboration, and Excellence
  • Manage Cross-Functional Initiatives, Aligning Marketing Efforts with Product Development and Clinical Operations to Ensure Cohesive Business Strategies
  • Align Marketing with Sales Goals, Providing Tools and Resources for Lead Generation and Conversion
  • Conduct Market Analysis to Inform Strategic Decisions, Identify Growth Opportunities, and Understand Customer Needs and Industry Trends
  • Oversee the Production and Dissemination of all Marketing Materials, Ensuring Consistency with Brand Voice and Objectives
  • Establish Our Company as a Go-To Thought Leader Through Strategic Content and Industry Engagement
  • Manage the Marketing Budget, Ensuring all Marketing Activities Deliver Maximum Return on Investment
  • Provide Leadership in Digital Marketing, Including Content Creation, Social Media Management, and Digital Campaigns, Ensuring a Strong Online Presence
  • Establish and Maintain Effective Internal and External Relationships with Key Stakeholders to Enhance Marketing and Sales Efforts
  • Develop and Monitor Marketing and Communication Metrics and Effectiveness
  • Spearhead Recruitment and Retention Initiatives to Attract and Maintain Top Talent Within the Marketing Department
  • Participate Actively in Executive Leadership Meetings and Contribute to Strategic Planning and Decision-Making Processes


Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • A Minimum of 15 Years of Experience in Marketing, with Substantial Senior Leadership Roles in Managing Diverse Marketing Teams
  • 10+ Years in Leadership Roles, Including Experience in Building and Leading a High-Performing Marketing Organization
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a Related Field
  • Demonstrated Experience in Strategic Planning, Team Management, and Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Strong Analytical Skills, with a Proven Ability to Drive Marketing Strategy Based on Data-Driven Insights
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Capable of Motivating and Leading Teams and Managing Stakeholder Relationships
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Including Familiarity with Digital Marketing Tools and Platforms
  • Prior Industry-Specific Experience in Business-To-Business Employee Benefits and Digital Health Technology


This is a full-time, salaried role, located in the continental United States and Hawaii, and includes a robust benefits package, with 100% company-paid single tier medical insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.
