Summary


Playing a critical role in shaping the company’s marketing strategy and growth, the Vice President of Marketing will work collaboratively with Curana Leadership to design, implement and manage key marketing initiatives. The VP will be responsible for furthering Curana’s brand positioning and communications strategies while defining and managing both corporate and direct-to-consumer marketing teams.


Other Responsibilities Are As Follows


  • Provide executive level strategic direction for all aspects of marketing and communications, internally and externally
  • Oversee, design and manage business-to-business corporate marketing functions (communications, branding, creative etc.) as well direct-to-consumer strategy and execution for Curana Health Medical Group
  • Develop, manage and lead a team of knowledgeable and passionate marketing professionals focused on transforming the healthcare experience for senior living residents
  • Design and execute direct-to-consumer marketing activities to drive patient and family adoption of Curana Health Medical Group services
  • Responsible for effectively developing and managing a multi-faceted marketing budget
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure overall impact and effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Oversee and drive the public relations strategies to obtain a competitive share of voice
  • Oversee and drive web, digital and social media strategies
  • Oversee business-to-business marketing team responsible for designing conference strategy, thought leadership approach, as well as corporate communications and PR
  • Explore and utilize advancements in technology, data, and artificial intelligence to drive efficiencies
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our market(s), customer behaviors, market segments, competitive landscape, and competitive positioning
  • Determine market research activities and metrics to support business decision-making


The Experience We Prefer


  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred in marketing, business, leadership or healthcare administration
  • 10+ years’ experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and leading marketing teams for a growing healthcare company
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior executives
  • Demonstrated experience managing a budget and overseeing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare persuasive materials for both internal and external audiences
  • Healthcare experience required
