Tarantino is seeking a Leader to join the Tarantino Houston Office as Vice President – Commercial Leasing. This position will be responsible for Leasing and Brokerage duties on a portfolio of existing commercial properties and will have an interest in promoting new business. With a Salary and Commission earnings structure, this position is perfect for a Commercial Real Estate Agent looking to grow and Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Show space for lease
  • Negotiate LOI and Lease
  • Create Prospect Lists and Cold Call
  • Maintain a weekly leasing review of deal pipeline
  • Communicate with Tenant or Tenant’s Broker
  • Communicate with the Property Owner and Property Manager
  • Cultivate and Foster Relationships with Property Owners
  • Build relationships with the brokerage community
  • Serve as Team Leader- Provide Guidance and Support to Leasing Associates and the Brokerage and Marketing Coordinator to ensure listings are up to date and accurate
  • Be Process and Results Driven
  • Other Lease transaction activities as needed


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required
  • Texas Real Estate License required
  • Proven track record of successfully completing commercial real estate transaction
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, positive attitude, and desire to be a team player
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects and priorities at the same time, while completing projects and work within established timeline
  • Strong ability to organize effectively, complete tasks, solve problems quickly, communicate clearly
  • Working knowledge of real estate software such as LoopNet & Crexi
  • Strong Salesmanship Skills
  • Ability to work well within a Team
  • Excellent Communication skills
