Vice President of IT (RELO OPEN)
At LHH Technology, we are excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a Vice President of IT to lead our client's Global Information Technology team. Our client is at the forefront of DoD technology and manufacturing, driving innovation in a rapidly expanding market. With a commitment to excellence and a dynamic organizational culture, this role offers a unique chance to spearhead digital transformation and shape the strategic IT roadmap to support substantial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT activities across infrastructure, applications, software development, security, and policies for our multi-national organization.
- Champion the implementation of strategic IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with short, medium, and long-term business objectives.
- Manage IT vendor relationships and outsourced services to uphold service level agreements.
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT governance and security standards (SOX/DFAR).
- Communicate progress, upcoming changes, and provide training to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing global IT team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in information technology, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles (IT, Security, Software Development).
- Demonstrated expertise in business information systems, security standards (including CMMC), software project management, software development, IT systems engineering/networking.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex IT projects and managing global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in Office 365, Azure Cloud Environment, or similar technologies.
- Experience in IT leadership within complex manufacturing environments is essential.
Other Compensation and Benefits:
- Target Cash Bonus: 15% to 20% of base salary
- Eligible for Restricted Stock Unit grants
- Generous Paid Time Off: 3 weeks annually (increasing up to 4 weeks)

Salary:
- $200K to $225K, Open to Relocation
