Vice President of Process & Systems Job Description:


Roles:

  1. VP of Process & Systems plays a key role in navigating the evolving tech landscape and steering the company along with the CEO by overseeing IT systems integration and managing the technical aspects of company’s and Americas IT operations. He/she leads a team responsible for company’s and Americas region's IT systems, architecture and data governance, IT risk management, cybersecurity, global infrastructure, and IT transformations. This role provides leadership with regard to IT strategy in alignment with each BU business that improves customer experience, enhances data quality and accessibility, and delivers new value across company’s product portfolio and internal processes. This position also leads the optimization of data infrastructure, ensuring optimal hardware and software support and improving our Cloud strategy to support the business growth. He/she is accountable for refining and maintaining appropriate frameworks, systems, policies, procedures, and reports to support organizational change management and development programs.



Main Tasks/Responsibilities / Authorities:


Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Play a leading role to align digital transformation strategies with company’s core values and mission, focusing on the customer experience and elevate company to a competitive position through their business growth.
  • Responsible for the overall architecture and framework to improve data infrastructure to support analytics, personalization, and easy access to reliable information across the company.
  • Communicate and align with other executives and all levels of the organization regarding business value, cost and risk-potential of new IT projects.
  • Staying abreast of emerging technologies and implementing initiatives that help improve overall IT performance and increase the company’s market share and profit.
  • Support the operations to drive effective customer-facing e-commerce platforms and the technology that underpins the company’s growing fleet of connected machines.
  • Accountable in implementing IT policies, protocols, and standards to make sure the company remains within internal and external compliance boundaries with a prioritization of cybersecurity.
  • Responsible for budget management, ensures efficient allocation of resources to meet strategic objectives, and maintains high levels of customer service.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:


Education/Professional Qualifications Required for the Position:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. A Master’s degree preferred in information systems, computer science, business management, or a related field is a plus.
  • 15+ years of business experience and a minimum of 10 years of previous experience as a manager, consultant, or related position in IT is required.
  • Previous experience implementing and supporting global ERP systems, SCM, CRM and Master Data Management infrastructure is preferred.


Additional Important Requirements

  • Excellent oral, written & listening skills, and fluency in English
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Able to perform duties effectively in a fast-paced environment, working independently or under direction
  • Minimal travel may be required
