~ THE POSITION SUMMARY ~
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors and investors to drive technology initiatives.
Manage the IT budget to provide efficient allocation of resources and meet financial targets.
Design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.
Implement new and innovative technologies/systems to support business growth and operational success.
Develop and execute the IT and digital transformation strategy in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
Identify and implement innovative technologies to enhance business processes and drive growth.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals.
Collaborate with senior management to identify technology needs and opportunities for enhancing business processes and customer experiences.
Cultivate relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery
Manage the development office offshore, focusing on data architecture and the development of data warehouse.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the development office and other business units.
Travel to offshore site on a quarterly basis to oversee development projects and ensure alignment with business goals.
Development of custom applications and software solutions that support business operations and customer needs.
Implement DevOps practices to streamline the software development lifecycle, enhance collaboration, and increase deployment efficiency.
Oversee data analytics initiatives to derive actionable insights, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experiences.
Lead the integration of AI technologies to optimize operational processes and enhance product capabilities.
~ WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM ~
A degree in Computer Science or related field.
Ten years of proven experience in an IT leadership role, driving automation, AI (new), and business transformation initiatives
Data development and DevOps experience
Ability to collaborate with AI technologies/initiatives and their application in manufacturing and product development
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
