About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Vice President of Investment Sales to join our innovative team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage our best-in-class technology platform, business development team, and company-provided clients and leads to close high-value transactions and maximize your earning potential with an uncapped ceiling.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct aggressive outreach to predetermined lists of multifamily property owners.
  • Manage lead generation and execution of sales campaigns.
  • Oversee the transaction process from identified opportunity to closed deal.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers and ownership groups in targeted markets.
  • Interface with clients, brokers, owners/sellers, and executive team members, representing Offerd diligently and professionally.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record in commercial brokerage, acquisitions, and/or investment sales.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and quantitative abilities.
  • Real estate license in the assigned state.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in commercial real estate brokerage.
  • Minimum of 3 years in multifamily investment sales.
