Role Overview:

As the VP of Growth, you will lead the charge in expanding the market presence and acquiring new customers. This pivotal role demands a strategic leader with a thorough understanding of the energy sector, a commitment to sustainability, and a proven track record in scaling businesses. You will collaborate with the executive team to define growth targets, form strategic alliances, and steer our marketing and sales initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy.
  • Identify and target new market segments and regions for expansion.
  • Lead customer acquisition efforts with innovative marketing and sales tactics.
  • Form strategic partnerships with key industry players and technology providers.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • At least 8 years of experience in growth roles, with 3+ years in leadership.
  • Proven success in scaling operations with a focus on sustainable and clean technology.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills.
