Forsyth Barnes are working with a dynamic and innovative DTC Ecommerce brand who are looking to accelerate there growth by hiring a VP of Growth Marketing. Their products, known for their long lead times, have carved out a niche in the market, and they are looking to expand our reach and impact. They’re seeking a hands-on, visionary leader to join the executive team as the Vice President of Growth Marketing. As the VP of Growth Marketing, you will be at the forefront of the brands marketing efforts, driving growth initiatives while overseeing growth, performance, creative and brand marketing initiatives.


Vice President of Growth Marketing - Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across DTC, retail and marketplace channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee organic search, website optimization, and retail strategies to ensure alignment with our overall business objectives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, leveraging A/B testing, customer segmentation, and performance analytics.
  • Focus on driving organic search to enhance visibility and make every marketing dollar count.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure ROI on marketing spend.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategies innovative and effective.


Vice President of Growth Marketing - Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in growth marketing roles within the consumer goods industry, particularly with products that have long lead times.
  • Experience in DTC and marketplace environments, with a deep understanding of the nuances and strategies required for each channel.
  • Must have experience scaling a brand from $50M - $100M+
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience in a DTC Ecommerce business.
