Vice President of Growth and Innovation

Successful candidates must reside in Omaha, NE or the surrounding area.

As the Vice President of Growth and Innovation, you will play a critical role in identifying partnerships and driving market growth for new and emerging healthcare solutions. You will engage with the Growth and Innovation team as products are tested and deployed to set appropriate strategy and solutions implementation. Our ideal fit has a growth mindset and the willingness to work with a new, rapidly evolving portfolio with a variety of product maturity levels to drive organizational success.  

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create and execute go to market strategies for new products aligned with Cassling’s vision.  
  • Grow the portfolio by identifying, building, and fostering partnerships.  
  • Accountable for Profit and Loss within the portfolio.  
  • Lead the Growth and Innovation team to success and hold accountability for employee growth and development.  
  • Serve on the Cassling Leadership team as a partner and collaborator to achieve Cassling’s 2030 vision.  
  • Align our solutions to the organization’s long-term vision and strategies.   
  • Lead cross-functional go to market strategy sessions through thoughtful collaboration. 
  • As an integral part of all Cassling business functions, interacts with employees, customers and vendors as part of a team to assist with and facilitate the delivery of quality service and helps to create a work environment conducive to solving problems. 
  • Must be willing to provide the following information to hospitals upon request: immunization records, drug screening, background check, training records. 
  • Required to remain drug free and abide by the Drug Free Workplace policy. 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.

What We’re Looking For In a Candidate

  • Education: Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience:  10+ years of experience working with senior leadership as a thought leader. 
  • 5+ years of experience in a business development role.
  • Healthcare industry knowledge required.
