Role Overview: The Vice President of Growth will play a crucial role in scaling our business, leading the charge in building a high-performing growth team, and driving substantial revenue targets. We seek a strategic leader passionate about the AI-First future of marketing, with a proven track record in full-cycle sales, team leadership, and strategic execution. The ideal candidate will inspire, lead, and hold the team accountable to achieve and exceed our ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Lead a top-tier growth team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation. Set clear performance metrics and goals, regularly monitor progress, and implement strategies to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets. Drive team accountability on key performance metrics and progress towards weekly, monthly, and quarterly growth targets.
  • Training, Mentoring, and Coaching: Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching to the sales team to help them achieve their full potential. Foster a learning environment that encourages professional development and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to achieve larger revenue targets, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Employ a data-driven approach to decision-making, driving growth strategies, optimizing marketing campaigns, and enhancing overall performance. Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to implement growth levers effectively.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the growth budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve revenue targets.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive business growth.


What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of proven experience in leading sales teams within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and scaling teams in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate an energetic and enthusiastic growth team.
  • Excellent team-building abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, trends, and best practices.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is necessary. Business acumen and Exceptional People Management skills are a MUST.
