Vice President of Finance And Operations

Vice President, Controller will be responsible for leading accounts payable, accounting, tax, reporting management, and general ledger management.

This position will report directly to the CFO and require significant cross-functional collaboration across FP&A, the Digital Team, Marketing, Merchandising, and Stores.

We are looking for a team-oriented leader who will dive into the details while also remaining focused on the company’s strategic direction.

The Vice President, Controller will design new processes and enhance existing ones, implement scalable processes to support the company's growth, and drive continuous improvement.

The Vice President, Controller is a hybrid position that will require 3 days per week in the Philadelphia office.
