What You'll Do
As the Vice President of Facility Projects, you will play a key role in driving business improvements and utilizing innovative technology. Your responsibilities will involve:
Overseeing complete project execution, from inception to start-up, and fostering your team in acquiring this expertise.
Collaborating with engineers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Crafting long-term plans and strategies in conjunction with senior management.
Coordinating with various departments within the organization to ensure project success.
Providing assistance to commercial and operational teams in assessing new customer streams and technology.
Identifying opportunities to incorporate new technologies for enhanced performance.
Advocating for process enhancements to tackle underlying issues.
Offering technical support for plant permits, modifications, and troubleshooting.
Leading monthly operational reviews to facilitate timely development and implementation.
