The Job:
This Series B EdTech company have had huge success transforming the learning outcomes within the Business Learning market. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a VP of Engineering to continue their scalable growth.
Responsibilities:
Provide strong technical leadership and guidance to a team of software engineers, architects and managers
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous learning within the engineering organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Design, developing and refining the product roadmap
Architect and oversee the development of highly scalable and performant systems capable of handling a rapidly growing user base
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies and tools to improve the software development process, system architecture and overall performance
Champion a strong focus on software quality, reliability and security throughout the development lifecycle
Build and nurture a high-performing engineering team
